xup_allocation_overview

A XSEDE allocation provides access to computing and storage resources and to advanced support services at XSEDE service provider (SP) sites. The first step in requesting a XSEDE allocation is for the researcher to become acquainted with the available systems, by reviewing the Resource Catalog. Veteran users should consult the catalog to discover new resources and become aware of retiring systems. Next, the Principal Investigator should assess the amount of time that will be necessary to accomplish their computational project.
