The 23rd annual IEEE International Conference on High Performance Computing, Data, and Analytics (HiPC 2016) will be held at the HICC in Hyderabad, India, during 19 - 22 December 2016. Complementing the main technical program, HiPC workshops serve to broaden the technical scope of the conference in emerging areas of high performance computing, communication, data and analytics and their applications. The papers accepted for presentation in HiPC 2016 workshops will be included in the workshops volume of the proceedings of the conference, which will be distributed online in two volumes with a separate ISBN for the workshops (HiPCW 2016).
