Abstract Proposal Deadline – May 15, 2014

The Mentoring Institute at the University of New Mexico is now seeking proposals for its seventh annual Mentoring Conference.  This year’s conference theme is Developmental Networks: Mentoring & Coaching at Work.  We seek to facilitate discourse on the utilization of developmental networks, and mentoring and coaching relationships in the workplace. We are particularly keen to receive proposals that are informative and relevant to the field of developmental relationships (including mentoring), supported by theory and research, and demonstrate ideas that are applicable to the conference theme. The term developmental relationship includes, but is not limited to mentoring, coaching, networking, and sponsorship relationships.
