NSF-SDSU STEM Scholars Program

Application Deadline – March 15, 2015

The Computational Science Research Center at SDSU was recently awarded a grant by the National Science Foundation (NSF) to provide scholarships to undergraduate students in science and engineering to engage them in computational research projects. This NSF-SDSU STEM (Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics) will provide yearly scholarships up to $5000 for juniors entering the program and $6000 for seniors who continue participating in the program during the second year. The goal of this scholarship is to assist academically talented, financially needy students to explore opportunities for computational modeling and simulation research in science and engineering disciplines. This year we plan to award 30 scholarships to science and engineering students who are in the junior or senior years and are interested in future graduate studies.
