The San Diego Supercomputer Center (SDSC) at the University of California, San Diego, has been recognized by HPCwire, a top online publication covering high-performance computing and related technologies, for the Center’s innovative Data Oasis parallel file storage system. SDSC was presented with ‘Editor’s Choice: Best HPC Storage Product or Technology, for the Data Oasis Storage File System on Gordon’ as part of the publication’s annual HPCwire Readers’ and Editors’ Choice Awards. The awards were announced at the 2012 International Conference for High-Performance Computing, Networking, Storage and Analysis (SC12) in Salt Lake City, Utah.
