The XSEDE12 Call for Participation has been updated a few times since it originally went out in January, and a number of things have changed from the previous TeraGrid conference series, so please make yourself aware of some key points:

• Abstracts WILL be accepted in the Science, Technology, Software, and EOT tracks, but papers are preferred
• Deadlines will NOT be extended, except for 24 hour extensions for those who run into unexpected difficulties *and* submit an abstract before the original deadline, as noted in the CFP -- please make sure you are familiar with this policy
• Registration costs are now posted in the CFP
• Tutorial submitters are encouraged to include draft slides and materials with their submissions (due April 13th)
• The CFP includes a link to a printable poster with a QR code to help advertise the conference

XSEDE is making a push to extend the scope and reach of the first XSEDE conference and welcome contributions from both inside and outside of XSEDE.  Please consider submitting a paper or encouraging others you work with to do so.
