Description: Descriptors of Energy Landscapes using Topological Data Analysis is an NSF funded project to create and distribute new tools for the chemistry community that leverage the power of topological data analysis to learn more from simulation data. This includes methods for dimensionality reduction, collective variables for chemical transformation, and topological descriptors of energy landscape features.
