    <summary type="html">Hi Gowri,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;There are no limits on what can be requested for any XSEDE allocated resource in a Research request.  If you can justify the need, please request this amount of SUs.  There may be some limits based on supply and demand but that will be decided at the review meeting and the amount of SUs the sites like PSC will make available. In this request you should justify Blacklight as well as any other resource your group would need.
