Hi there,<br /><br />I want to run LAMMPS in trestles, but I don&#039;t know how to specify the last line in the script:<br /><br />#!/bin/bash<br />#PBS -q normal<br />#PBS -A <br />#PBS -l nodes=8:ppn=32<br />#PBS -l walltime=00:15:00<br />#PBS -o job_output<br />#PBS -N test<br />#PBS -V<br />cd /home/dtraian<br /><br />module load lammps<br />mpirun_rsh -np 256 -hostfile &lt; in.file &gt; output.txt<br /><br />It gives an error. What is this -hostfile? How to set script properly? <br />Thanks for any suggestions!
