    <summary type="html">Doesn&amp;#039;t look like these forums are very heavily used.  Is there an &amp;#034;xsede-general&amp;#034; or &amp;#034;xsede-discuss&amp;#034; mailing list where users and site admins hang out?     <summary type="html">I am new to XSEDE.  I am a co-PI on an allocation, and I just added a graduate student.  I was surprised when the portal told me it could take 5 days to add the person to the allocation.  Is that accurate?  If so, I&amp;#039;ll need to rethink our process of bringing new users on board.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ian</summary>
