I am having trouble getting Trinity (for de novo RNA-Seq assembly) to run on Stampede even though it is available in the the modules. To my understanding it might be related to Java. Has anyone had any success batching Trinity on Stampede and willing to share the script?<br />Thanks<br /><br />Moran
