    <summary type="html">Hello,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I want to run blastx on xsede. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have a multifasta file containing ~90,000 sequences.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I do not have any coding experience.
