Thank the HPC group for their help, I could solve solve the problem using:
module swap mvapich2 impi
I am using the following comilers:
FC=mpiifort -g -O3
CC=mpiicc -g -O3 -mmic -openmp

Hi,
I have an application which uses mpicc and mpif90 to compile.
I read in the documents that mpicc is using mvapich2 and mvapich2 is not yet available for the MIC;
I tried using mpiicc but it doesn't work.
Any suggestion to run the application on MIC?

I was trying to use vtune as a profiling tool on Stampede but I am getting the following error, any help with this error?
