Hi all,

I'm wondering if anyone can help me find the mpi.h header file on stampede. I need to direct my R package "Rmpi" to where the mpi version is installed on the cluster. Following this link: http://www.stats.uwo.ca/faculty/yu/Rmpi/install.htm

I need to provide the arguments to the package installation:

--with-Rmpi-include=/path/to/mpi_include_dir
--with-Rmpi-libpath=/path/to/mpi_lib_dir
--with-Rmpi-type={OPENMPI or MPICH or LAM}"

Can anyone tell me the command to search for a header file/dir/and lib files for the mpi version on stampede?

Thank you

Ben Weinstein
