    <summary type="html">I think having an IRC channel would be a great idea. Having it with admins from help-desk,  you&amp;#039;d attract a lot of participation by offering instant help on simple questions. As the community grows, users then help other users.</summary>

Is there an &amp;#034;xsede-general&amp;#034; or &amp;#034;xsede-discuss&amp;#034; mailing list where users and site admins hang out?
