Hi, I am new here and I want to run a hello job on Gordon with the following script:<br /><br />#!/bin/bash<br />#PBS -q normal<br />#PBS -l nodes=2:ppn=2:native<br />#PBS -l walltime=01:00:00<br />#PBS -N hello<br />#PBS -o hello.out<br />#PBS -e hello.err<br />#PBS -A col121<br />#PBS -V<br /># Start of user commands - comments start with a hash sign (#)<br />cd /oasis/scratch/$USER/temp_project<br />mpirun_rsh -np 4 -hostfile $PBS_NODEFILE ./hello &gt; hello.log<br /><br />But I get some errors:<br /><br />/opt/torque/mom_priv/jobs/2908.gordon-fe2.local.SC: line 14: cd: /oasis/scratch/yunting/temp_project: Identifier removed<br />[gcn-5-21.sdsc.edu:mpirun_rsh][child_handler] Error in init phase, aborting!
