This will most effectively be handled by the Bridges team. I have submitted a ticket ( 69073) on your behalf to the XSEDE ticket system. A member of the PSC support team will respond through the ticket with a solution.

tensorflow on Bridges

Hi, I'm new to XSEDE and I'm trying to use tensorflow on Bridges. I'm having trouble successfully importing tensorflow. I've tried to submit the following bash script:

#!/bin/bash
#SBATCH --job-name="test"
#SBATCH --output="test.%j.%N.out"
#SBATCH -p RM-shared
#SBATCH -N 1
#SBATCH --ntasks-per-node=12
#SBATCH --export=ALL
#SBATCH -t 00:05:00

module load tensorflow/1.0.1
python test.py

which calls the python program test.py, shown below:

import tensorflow as tf
print('running tensorflow test')

This gives the following error: ImportError: No module named tensorflow

Any help would be much appreciated!
